Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to oversee the

successful planning, execution, and delivery of our real estate projects. The ideal candidate

will have a deep understanding of project management principles, real estate development

processes, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within

budget.

Responsibilities:

? - Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial concept to project

completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, quality standards, and

regulatory requirements.

? - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule,

budget, risk management, and resource allocation.

? - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers,

contractors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, to ensure effective coordination

and communication.

? - Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and proactively

implementing mitigation strategies.

? - Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, quality of work, and

compliance with project specifications.

? - Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and

suppliers, negotiating contracts and managing procurement processes.

? - Manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and cost tracking, ensuring optimal

resource allocation and expense control.

? - Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key

milestones, challenges, and opportunities.

? - Lead and inspire project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work

environment.

? - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, permits, and zoning requirements

throughout the project lifecycle.

? - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management

processes and deliverables.

Qualifications:

? -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a

related field. Master's degree is a plus.

? - Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development, with a

minimum of 10 years of successful project delivery.

? - Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and software.

? - In-depth understanding of real estate development processes, construction

methods, and regulatory requirements.

? - Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

? - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

? - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make decisions under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
