Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Scheduling:

Developing comprehensive project plans, schedules, and timelines to ensure efficient project execution.

Budget Management:

Creating and managing project budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring the project stays within financial constraints.

Resource Management:

Hiring, supervising, and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other team members.

Quality Control:

Ensuring that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.

Risk Management:

Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintaining regular communication with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress and address any concerns.

Contract Management:

Overseeing the drafting and management of contracts with various stakeholders.

Permitting and Regulatory Compliance:

Obtaining necessary permits and ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes and regulations.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Leading and managing cross-functional teams, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure project success.
Required Skills:

Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project). Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Ability to analyze and solve problems effectively. Understanding of financial management and budgeting. Familiarity with contract law and negotiation. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
