Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Manage day-to-day operations on the project site, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and team members.
Quality Control: Ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards through regular inspections.
Timeline Management: Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks.
Budget Management: Monitor project expenses, ensuring they stay within the allocated budget.
Safety Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations on-site to ensure a safe working environment.
Client Communication: Serve as the primary on-site contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Execution of work as per design.Prepare daily and weeklyplans for site engineers, co ordinate with clients venders.
Need to do Quality check, final markingNeed to do (hardare list, PO , cutlist check)
