Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned

Civil Project Manager

to lead the execution of a

commercial IT building project in Bangalore

. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, site management skills, leadership qualities, and fluency in

Kannada

to coordinate effectively with the local workforce and authorities. Prior experience with large-scale commercial/IT buildings is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end execution of the commercial IT building project, ensuring timely delivery, cost control, and quality compliance.

Coordinate with architects, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.

Manage site teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors to ensure daily progress as per plan.

Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources; provide regular status reports to senior management.

Ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality control processes.

Handle local liaisoning, approvals, and regulatory compliance related to municipal and statutory bodies.

Resolve technical and on-site issues swiftly to avoid project delays.

Ensure effective manpower and material planning on-site.

Drive daily and weekly progress review meetings; prepare DPRs and MIS reports.

Utilize project management tools for tracking deliverables and performance metrics.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E/B.Tech) from a recognized institution.

Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction, with at least 3-5 years as a Project Manager handling IT/commercial buildings.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and structural engineering principles.

Excellent leadership, team coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in

Kannada

(speaking and reading) - essential for on-ground communication in Bangalore.

Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, MS Office, and construction management software.

Knowledge of local building by-laws and regulatory frameworks.
