We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead and manage entire civil construction projects at our sites in Mangalore City or Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 7 years of experience in the construction industry, with expertise in handling end-to-end project management and a degree in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the entire lifecycle of civil construction projects, from planning to execution and completion. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and quality standards. Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and construction best practices. Manage resource allocation, procurement, and logistics for the project. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and compliance with project specifications. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.

Requirements:

6 to 7 years of experience in project management within the civil construction industry. Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil construction projects. Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management methodologies.
