Project Manager with a strong background in content strategy, production, and delivery
to lead cross-functional projects across our marketing, editorial, and product teams. You will be the key driver ensuring that content projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Own the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple content projects, including blogs, articles, web pages, campaigns, videos, and other formats
Coordinate across internal teams (content creators, designers, SEO, marketing, product) and external partners (freelancers, agencies)
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones; track progress and proactively address risks
Ensure all content meets brand, quality, and SEO standards before delivery
Manage approvals, feedback cycles, and stakeholder communication to keep projects moving smoothly
Optimize workflows and processes for content production to improve efficiency
Monitor performance of content projects post-launch and share key insights with stakeholders
Support budgeting, resource allocation, and reporting for large-scale content initiatives
