Project Manager

with expertise in delivering innovative digital solutions to address complex business challenges.

Responsibilities

Coordinate customer proposals and statements of work Contribute to new business development initiatives Oversee the successful delivery of customer projects Manage customer relationships and align expectations Ensure adherence to EPAM processes and methodologies during project delivery Resolve issues during engagements in collaboration with the Account Manager Ensure customers fulfill their responsibilities within engagements Identify and mitigate risks, escalating significant issues promptly Take part in overall project management, time estimation, and resource allocation Generate engagement revenue forecasts and resource plans Compile timesheets and billing data for engagement monitoring Develop weekly and monthly engagement status reports Estimate timelines, quality metrics, and resource requirements for project success; create comprehensive project plans Define performance, maintenance, design, cost, and deliverability criteria Support the analysis of client processes to recommend new workflows, business models, or tailored solutions

Requirements

15-18 years' experience in the software industry 3+ years' project management experience with end-to-end delivery Knowledge of software development with a mandatory Java/.Net background Proficiency in leveraging generative AI to improve productivity and project outcomes Strong communication, presentation, and planning capabilities Exceptional organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management acumen Strong background in executing Agile methodology projects Familiarity with HLD, LLD, and conducting code reviews Understanding of P&L at both project and account levels
