We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage a commercial building construction project in Kunjwani , Jammu. The candidate should have hands - on experience in end - to - end building construction , from planning to Project handover.
Eligibility & Skills :
B.Tech / B.Arch or related field
3-5 years of proven experience in complete commercial building construction.
Strong knowledge of construction methods , materials and project management.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
Candidate must be from Jammu and familiar with local authorities and Practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
