Job Description

Experience:3+ YEARS Responsible for overseeing projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to specifications. Key duties include planning and scheduling, managing budgets and resources, coordinating with architects, engineers, and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety and legal regulations. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to manage all aspects of the project lifecycle

Project planning and scheduling:

Develop detailed project plans, create schedules, and allocate resources to ensure efficient execution.

Budget and cost management:

Create and manage project budgets, track expenses, negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Team and resource management:

Hire and supervise staff and subcontractors, coordinate their work, and ensure the team is motivated and productive.

Stakeholder communication:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities, providing regular progress reports and addressing concerns.

Quality and compliance:

Ensure all work meets design specifications and quality standards. Oversee compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements.

Problem-solving:

Identify and resolve issues that arise during the project, including managing change orders and mitigating risks.

Procurement:

Order necessary supplies, tools, and equipment, and manage inventory.
