Job Description

Job Title: Project Manager - IT / Customer Support

Location: Anna Salai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary Range: ₹25,000 - ?45,000 (based on experience)

Experience: 1-4 years (Freshers with strong communication & technical understanding can also apply)

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:



Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal technical team. Handle customer support queries related to

IT projects, websites, applications,

and

CRM systems.

Coordinate with

development, design,

and

testing teams to ensure project milestones

are achieved on time.

Prepare

and

maintain project documentation, reports,

and

client status updates

. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks for the technical team. Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within defined scope and quality standards. Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Manage CRM entries, track client communication,

and

update project data regularly.

Assist in

proposal preparation, estimates,

and

presentation decks for new client pitches.

Handle basic

troubleshooting

or

escalation of technical issues

to the

support/development team

.

Required Skills:



Strong communication and client-handling skills (both verbal & written). Good understanding of

IT / Web / Software project lifecycle

. Ability to manage

multiple projects

and

deadlines simultaneously

. Proficiency in tools such as

CRM systems, MS Excel, Google Sheets, Project Management tools (Trello, Asana, ClickUp, etc.)

. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Team coordination and time management skills. Knowledge of

digital platforms (web, mobile apps, UI/UX) preferred

.

Preferred Qualifications:



Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / IT / Business Administration / Management. Prior experience in customer support, client servicing, or project coordination in an IT company. Familiarity with website management, social media, or app development projects is an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
