We are looking to hire a project manager to support the execution of IT projects, including strategic projects for WSA.

What you will do

Work with global and local stakeholders across business functions to define project mission, goals, tasks, dependencies and resource quality. Work with both internal cross-functional teams and external resources on successful project completion. Lead projects through its lifecycle, particularly on deployment to ensure successful delivery within agreed timeline, budgets, resources and quality, mitigating any risks. Build and develop project teams to ensure maximum performance, providing guidance, direction and motivation. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of project. Lead Steering Committee meetings with senior stakeholders. Build strong relationships with global stakeholders and effectively use metrics and data visualization to report progress and updates on project status. Report project outcomes and /or risks to appropriate management channels as needed. Ensure proper documentation of project artifacts.

What you bring

Degree in Business Management / Information Technology or any relevant disciplines. Minimum 8 to 11 years of relevant IT project management experience, ideally in an international environment working on global projects. Experience in managing medium-to-large-scale projects is preferred. Experience with business transformation projects will be advantageous. Proven capability to manage external vendors, as well as work with internal teams to achieve project objectives within agreed timeline, budget and resources. Technical certifications such as PMP, or Prince2 will be advantageous.
