Job Title: Project Manager - IT Infrastructure & Networking Solutions

Department: Projects / Technical Operations

Reporting To: Director - Technical

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented

Project Manager

with over

10 years of experience

in managing

IT Infrastructure, Networking, Data Center (Hub Room), and Security Solution

projects.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for

end-to-end project management

, from planning and execution to delivery and client handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning & Execution

Lead and manage multiple IT Infrastructure and Networking projects simultaneously. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with client requirements. Prepare detailed project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Oversee installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT infrastructure including servers, switches, routers, structured cabling, and hub room setups.

2. Team & Resource Management

Supervise and coordinate with internal teams (Network Engineers, System Engineers, Technicians, Vendors). Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project milestones. Mentor and guide team members, promoting technical excellence and accountability.

3. Vendor & Client Coordination

Liaise with clients, OEMs, and third-party vendors for technical discussions, approvals, and deliveries. Conduct project review meetings with stakeholders. Manage client expectations and ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.

4. Budgeting & Cost Control

Prepare project budgets and ensure cost control within approved limits. Validate vendor quotations, procurement requirements, and material utilization. Track project expenses and report variances to management.

5. Quality Assurance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to industry standards and company quality policies during project execution. Conduct quality checks, site audits, and testing prior to handover. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including BOQs, drawings, reports, and closure documents.

6. Risk & Issue Management

Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans. Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays. Escalate critical matters to management with suitable recommendations.

7. Handover & Support

Ensure successful project delivery, testing, and acceptance by the client. Coordinate post-implementation support and warranty services.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of

IT Infrastructure, Network Design, Structured Cabling, Data Center & Server Room Setup

. Experience with

LAN/WAN, Switching, Routing, Wireless Networks, and Security Systems (CCTV, Access Control, etc.)

. Excellent

project planning

,

execution

, and

leadership

skills. Familiar with

PMP/PRINCE2

or equivalent project management methodologies (certification preferred). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in

MS Project / Primavera / AutoCAD / MS Office

. Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.

Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Engineering / IT / Electronics / Computer Science

(MBA preferred). Minimum

10 years

of relevant experience in

managing IT Infrastructure or Networking projects

. Experience with

System Integrators, OEMs, or Enterprise IT deployments

preferred.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

On-time project delivery percentage. Budget adherence and cost efficiency. Client satisfaction and feedback scores. Team productivity and performance metrics. Compliance with quality and safety standards.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
