Job Description

Key Responsibilities:-

Project Planning & Execution

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Create detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and resource allocation.

Coordinate and manage multiple teams: .NET API (backend), frontend (React/PHP), and mobile (Flutter/Native).

Monitor and track project progress.

Team Leadership & Communication:-

Lead daily stand-ups, planning, and reviews (Agile/waterfall).

Facilitate communication and collaboration between different departments.

Identify risks, issues, and dependencies early and implement mitigation strategies.

Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and mentorship sessions.

Stakeholder & Client Management Support

Act as the main point of contact with internal development teams.

Translate business requirements into actionable development tasks with help of Business Analyst team.

Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

Manage expectations and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Quality & Delivery:-

Ensure projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within scope.

Work closely with QA team for UAT planning and defect tracking.

Drive continuous improvement in project execution and team performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Strong technical background in .NET technologies and APIs (Good to have React, Flutter, etc.).

Proven track record of delivering complex software projects on time.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:-

Experience working with distributed teams and offshore delivery models.

Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) is an advantage.

Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.

Pay: ?70,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
