About the Role

We are looking for a

Technical Project cum Operations Manager

to act as the bridge between our clients, technical teams, and internal operations. This role blends

technical evaluation, project management, client relations, and operational oversight

Key Responsibilities

Act as the

primary client contact

for gathering requirements and addressing technical concerns.

Evaluate client requests and translate them into actionable technical solutions with the development team.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and client satisfaction.

Oversee day-to-day office operations, HR coordination, and resource management.

Support business development with technical inputs during client interactions and pitches.

What We're Looking For

3+ years of experience in project management or technical client-facing roles.

Strong

technical understanding

with ability to evaluate and explain solutions.

Excellent

communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong client relationships.
