Key Responsibilities:
Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives and stakeholder input.
Lead and manage cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, and other stakeholders.
Assign responsibilities, track progress, and ensure accountability to maintain momentum.
Monitor resource allocation and team productivity to ensure optimal performance.
Act as the central point of contact for all project-related communications.
Provide regular status reports and updates on risks, blockers, and key milestones to leadership and clients.
Proactively identify and resolve issues to prevent delays and ensure smooth execution.
Ensure all project deliverables meet defined quality standards and client expectations.
Manage client communications, maintain project documentation, and ensure high client satisfaction with timely, quality delivery.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
PMP, Prince2, MBA, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical project management within a software or IT services environment.
Experience with cloud-based or enterprise IT projects is highly desirable.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Zoho Projects, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
Strong understanding of technical concepts with the ability to bridge communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive project success in fast-paced environments.
