Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Modulars & Interior Vertical in Jaipur. This is a leadership role responsible for end-to-end operations -- from planning and execution to quality and cost control -- ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the complete operations of the Modulars & Interior Vertical. Plan, execute, and monitor all projects to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. Streamline procurement, production, logistics, and installation processes. Coordinate closely with design, sales, and project teams for smooth execution. Implement SOPs for project management, quality checks, and safety compliance. Develop KPIs and reporting systems to track performance and operational efficiency. Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness. Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing operations team. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
Requirements:

3-5 years of proven experience in operations/project management within modular furniture, interiors, or related industries. Strong understanding of supply chain, production, and installation processes. Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to handle multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Graduation or relevant qualification preferred.
