We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager - Interiors with a strong background in residential projects to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of high-end interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of interior projects to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute residential interior projects from initiation to handover.
Develop detailed project timelines and resource plans.
Manage site execution including scheduling, quality control, vendor coordination, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with design and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
Liaise with clients for approvals, updates, and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, checklists, and financials.
Ensure final delivery is within budget, on time, and meets client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in interior project management, specifically in residential interiors.
Strong knowledge of materials, construction methods, finishes, and MEP coordination.
Proven track record of handling multiple residential interior projects simultaneously.
Excellent project planning, budgeting, and resource management skills.
Proficient in project management tools like MS Excel, AutoCAD, etc.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of safety standards and local regulatory requirements.
