Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage turnkey interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover.

Coordinate between design, procurement, execution, and client teams for seamless project delivery.

Plan project timelines, define milestones, allocate tasks, and monitor progress.

Ensure adherence to project schedules, quality standards, and budgets.

Prepare and maintain daily task reports, progress trackers, and project documentation.

Align material procurement schedules with project requirements and coordinate with the purchase team.

Supervise site supervisors and ensure strict on-site discipline, quality control, and timely issue resolution.

Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, civil, and other service consultants for smooth integration during execution.

Lead client meetings, provide project updates, and address concerns professionally.

Anticipate project risks, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Interior Design or related field.

5-6 years of relevant experience in managing corporate/commercial interior fit-out projects.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of interior construction, materials, and project lifecycle.

Good understanding of drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.

Proficiency in MS Project / Excel / AutoCAD for project tracking.

Excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
