Interior Contractor

Technical and Construction Knowledge

Materials and Finishes

: Familiarity with different materials (wood, metals, glass, fabrics) and finishes to advise clients and ensure quality.

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

: Basic understanding to coordinate with specialized subcontractors for efficient integration.

Scheduling and Time Management

: Ability to create realistic timelines, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects.

Budget Management

: Managing finances, from procurement to labor costs, while ensuring quality.

Quality Control

: Monitoring work to meet quality standards and ensure client satisfaction.

Client Consultation

: Ability to understand client needs and preferences

: Working with designers, subcontractors, and vendors.
