Qualification:

Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing end-to-end interior project execution, supervising site teams, ensuring timely delivery, quality control, material coordination, and reporting to management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple interior project sites and ensure smooth execution. Supervise, guide, and train site supervisors and workforce. Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Plan daily/weekly schedules and meet project deadlines. Coordinate with design, procurement, Production, and vendor teams for material flow. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-site issues. Maintain documentation and submit progress reports to management. Ensure safety compliance and minimize rework.
