Role: Project Manager (Residential & Interior)

Experience: 10 to 15 Years

Location: Pune

Job summary

Responsible for managing interior finishing works of residential projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Interior Finishing Management

: Carry out interior finishing works of residential high rise and villa projects from conceptualization to completion.

Team Management

: Streamlining team of interior designers, site supervisors, in-house contractors and site execution team.

Client Coordination

: Coordinate with clients and report to the Business Head.

Project Planning

: Ensure successful project completion with onsite planning, strict time and cost management, and desired quality.

Vendor Coordination

: Coordinate with Business Head on interior layouts, material selection, vendor selection and negotiation.

Contractor Appointment

: Appoint interior contractors and verify quality, cost, and time during the project.

Villa Project Management

: Spearhead villa projects by planning, budgeting, and ensuring completion within standards.

Project Reporting

: Report project development to higher management on a weekly basis.

Issue Resolution

: Address and solve issues related to site development staff and contractors regularly.

Civil Construction Management

: Manage end-to-end civil construction work for sites and interior finishing fit outs.

Key Requirements

Education

: Bachelor's degree in interior design, architecture.

Experience

: 10 to 15 years of experience in interior design and project management.

Design Knowledge

: Strong understanding of design principles and space planning

Pay: ?1,000,000.00 - ?1,500,000.00 per year
