Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Project Manager

to oversee and manage interior and exterior projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior and exterior fit-outs, renovations, facade work, landscaping, or architectural finishes, with a proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and deliver projects on time and to specification.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and finalize interior and exterior projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. Manage all phases of project development including design coordination, procurement, execution, and handover. Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, contractors, and clients. Ensure that all work is carried out to the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance. Monitor and report on project progress, costs, risks, and issues. Maintain effective communication and relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Prepare project documentation including BOQs, timelines, cost estimates, progress reports, and invoices. Manage site execution teams and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery. Conduct site inspections and quality audits at regular intervals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field. 3-5 years of proven experience in managing interior and exterior projects (residential, commercial, or industrial). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and finishes. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), AutoCAD, and MS Office. Excellent organizational, time management, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Good understanding of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification. Experience with sustainable/green building practices. Familiarity with design software such as SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a plus. Experience in both residential and commercial projects. Local language is must
