Job Description

cost / benefit analysis & techno commercial discussions. Participating in

review meetings for evaluating

project

progress. Preparing the project schedule and determine technical specifications & prepare plans as per the specification and guidelines. (Project Document i.e., Project Schedule, drawing tracker, Shop Drawing submission, Material Indent, Material Indent tracker, Material Delivery tracker, Weekly progress report, sample approval tracker etc.) Look ahead of weekly schedule. Team management, job allocation and tracking. Sample submission and getting approval from PMC/Architect & Client, Bill submission and follow-ups, Material order and follow-ups, Follow-ups with Contractor for manpower and project delivery on day-to-day basis. Joinery items indenting with proper and actual measurement from project site. Should have good knowledge about measurements and calculations of interiors. Keep track of materials required in time and their usage. Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are enforced. Advanced knowledge of furniture, fixture and equipment (FF&E), architectural/interior finishes, lighting, art signage, colour and materials to carryout design intent. Responsible for smooth execution and completion of all corporate

projects

. Plan, Schedule, implement, execute and complete the Interior design projects with the stipulated time frame and with quality standards while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization. Weekly project progress reporting with management and clients. Preparing of NT Items List Executed at Site, Approval of the N.T Items Executed to be Taken from Client on regular basis. Incorporation of NT items in the Variance Statement and share the Details with QS team Prepare Variance Statement BOQ V/s Actual in Coordination with QS Team to be Submitted on fortnightly basis Submission of RA Bill to Client as per the Payment milestones Follow up on the RA Bill for Payment Project Closure with reconciliation of materials. Company assets management, collection and handover. Quality check, vendor bill submission & reconciliation with the help of store in-charge. Submission of work method statement.
