Job Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering commercial interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. This role involves managing timelines, budgets, quality standards, and client relationships while leading cross-functional teams and ensuring smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Project Planning & Execution



Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies. Ensure all commercial fit-out works are executed as per drawings, specifications, and contract terms. Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring alignment with project goals.

2. Budget & Cost Control



Prepare project budgets and monitor expenses against forecasts. Manage vendor contracts, procurement, and negotiations to ensure cost efficiency. Track project billing, cash flow, and financial reporting.

3. Quality & Safety Management



Ensure adherence to quality standards, building codes, and client requirements. Implement EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) procedures across all sites. Conduct inspections and ensure rectification of non-conformities.

4. Team Leadership & Coordination



Lead project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors. Coordinate with design teams, consultants, and procurement for seamless execution. Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior staff.

5. Client & Stakeholder Management



Act as the single point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle. Conduct progress review meetings and submit regular status reports. Manage expectations and ensure timely handover of projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of

commercial interior fit-out works

(corporate offices, retail, hospitality, etc.). Expertise in

project planning, scheduling, and execution

. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD). Strong

budgeting, cost control, and contract management

skills. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and client management

abilities. Leadership and people management skills with a focus on teamwork.

Qualifications & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field. PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred). 8-12 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, with at least 4-5 years in commercial fit-outs. Proven track record of delivering large-scale office, retail, or hospitality projects.

Pay: ₹723,153.47 - ₹1,541,206.93 per year
