. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing turnkey interior projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely project delivery, and maintaining quality and cost control throughout all project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution
Plan, schedule, and execute interior fit-out projects from concept to completion.
Prepare and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
Ensure all works comply with design intent, specifications, and client standards.
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, vendors, and contractors for smooth execution.
Conduct regular project meetings to track progress, resolve issues, and report status to management and clients.
Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
Quality & Safety Management
Implement and monitor quality control measures at all stages of the project.
Enforce site safety protocols and compliance with statutory and company standards.
Procurement & Resource Management
Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.
Evaluate and appoint subcontractors/vendors as per project requirements.
Optimize utilization of manpower, materials, and equipment.
Financial Management
Control project costs and prepare periodic financial reports.
Verify contractor bills, variations, and claims in line with project progress.
Handover & Close-out
Oversee final inspections, snag lists, and handover documentation.
Ensure client satisfaction and smooth transition to facility management.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Education:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
Experience:
8-12 years of experience in
interior fit-out project management
, with at least
5 years handling corporate office projects
.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of MEP, civil, and interior works coordination.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office.
Other Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
Strong client-handling and vendor management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
