Project Manager – Interior Fit Out (commercial & Hospitality Projects)

Job Description

Job Summary:



The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of high-end commercial and hospitality interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery, quality compliance, budget control, and effective coordination with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:1. Project Planning & Execution



Develop detailed project plans including timelines, budgets, resource plans, and milestones. Ensure on-time execution of interior fit-out works including civil, MEP, finishes, and furniture. Monitor progress and resolve any issues related to site execution, quality, or delays.

2. Budgeting & Cost Control



Review and manage project budgets, cost estimations, and BOQs. Coordinate with QS/Procurement for vendor finalization and material sourcing. Control project costs while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

3. Stakeholder Coordination



Liaise with clients, consultants, architects, vendors, and internal departments. Manage client expectations and address feedback promptly. Conduct regular project review meetings with all stakeholders.

4. Site Supervision & Quality Control



Supervise site execution through site engineers and contractors. Ensure adherence to quality standards, design intent, and safety norms. Conduct periodic inspections and enforce corrective actions where needed.

5. Documentation & Reporting



Maintain and ensure proper documentation of drawings, approvals, RFIs, and contracts. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Track variations, change orders, and project close-out documentation.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong knowledge of

interior fit-out processes

for commercial offices, hotels, restaurants, lounges, etc. Ability to read and interpret architectural, MEP, and civil drawings. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project or Primavera preferred). Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills (written and verbal).

Educational Qualification:



Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design Project Management certification (PMP/Prince2) is a plus

Preferred Experience:



Proven experience in managing

turnkey interior projects

in commercial and hospitality sectors. Hands-on experience coordinating multiple vendors and managing site operations under tight deadlines.
