Job Description

Manage and oversee interior design projects from start to finish. Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations. Supervise and direct the activities of designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects meet deadlines. Monitor project budgets and control costs to keep projects within financial constraints. Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle. Prepare project reports and update clients on project progress. Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met. Minimum 3-5 years of interior site supervisory or managerial role experience. Ability to consult with Architects, Interior designers, engineers and Builders regarding project completion.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field. Proven experience in managing interior design projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills. Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges
