Job Description

1. To finish the entire project including design, construction, PMC.

2. To ensure Economy, Customer Satisfaction, Customer, Time, Quality, Work

3. coordinate the design of all aspects including architectural, engineering, civil, mechanical, and electrical works

4. "Scheduling of all project phases, budgeting, resource planning, project reporting, project documentation, quality control, design, purchasing, manufacture and delivery."

1. To execute the project in line with agreed specifications and deliver it to the client

2. To communicate on time with project stakeholders

3. To coordinate activities

4. To identify risk areas and prepare a mitigation plan

5. To report the current status of the project to the executive

6. To create the schedule of tasks in a careful and realistic manner, in adherence to guidelines and quality standards, budget frames, and resources availability

7. Adherence to quality and stakeholders' suggestions

8. Compliance with health and safety requirements

9. Chair meetings.

10. Publish and cascade task lists to team members

11. To set goals and cascade them to the rest of the team

12. To encourage communication between team members

13. To coordinate and make sure of the collaboration between team members and stakeholders

14. To be a role model and promote and disseminate knowledge

Pay: ₹490,895.76 - ₹700,000.00 per year
