Job Description

We are seeking a

multi-skilled Interior Project Manager

with strong expertise in

project execution, drawing & design coordination, and client management

. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between design and site execution--ensuring functional, aesthetic, and timely delivery of interior projects.

Project Planning & Execution



Lead

end-to-end execution

of interior fit-out projects, from concept stage to handover. Prepare, monitor, and update

project schedules

using PPM tools (MS Project / Primavera / similar). Coordinate with vendors, site teams, and consultants to ensure smooth project flow. Track timelines, costs, and deliverables--ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.

Drawing & Design



Prepare or modify

working drawings

, layout plans, 2D detailing, and basic 3D presentations. Interpret and

translate design intent into site execution

seamlessly. Support in preparing GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and BOQs. Coordinate with designers to address technical and aesthetic challenges during execution. Suggest practical design solutions to optimize site conditions, cost, and aesthetics.

Client & Team Coordination



Act as the

primary point of contact

for clients during project execution. Conduct site meetings, design presentations, and progress reviews. Ensure clear communication between design teams, site teams, and clients. Handle change requests, approvals, and client escalations effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in

Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering

or equivalent. 3-6 years of

relevant experience

in interior design + project execution. Strong knowledge of

interior materials, detailing, and services integration

. Proficiency in

AutoCAD

, SketchUp / 3D Max (basic), Zoho Projects/MS Project / Primavera, and MS Office. Excellent communication, planning, and team management skills. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Preferred:



Experience in commercial / corporate interior projects. Knowledge of cost control, BOQ preparation, and vendor coordination. Certification in

Project Management

(PMP / PRINCE2) will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
