Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and execute interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in interior project management, vendor coordination, on-site execution, budgeting, and client communication. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage interior design projects from inception to handover. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with interior designers, architects, engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure project alignment and timely execution. Coordinate site activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues proactively. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Ensure material procurement, deliveries, and installations are aligned with project schedules. Manage client communication, provide regular updates, and address concerns professionally. Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and billing. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and local building codes. Track project KPIs, budgets, and timelines using project management tools/software.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. PMP or similar Project Management Certification is a plus. 4+ years of relevant experience in interior project execution or construction management. Strong knowledge of interior fit-outs, MEP services, and civil work. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
