Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive

Project Manager

to manage interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

site visits, coordination, execution, quality control, and timely project delivery

, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to design standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution

Manage end-to-end interior design projects (residential / commercial) Prepare project schedules, work plans, and execution timelines Coordinate with designers, site supervisors, vendors, and contractors Ensure projects are completed within budget and deadlines

Site Visit & Site Management

Conduct regular

site visits

to monitor work progress and quality Coordinate daily site activities and resolve on-site issues Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards Verify material quality, workmanship, and finishing

Client Coordination

Act as the main point of contact for clients during project execution Attend client meetings, site reviews, and progress discussions Handle client queries, change requests, and approvals professionally

Team & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, and other vendors Manage vendor timelines, material deliveries, and work quality Supervise site supervisors and support staff

Quality Control & Reporting

Ensure high-quality execution as per design and brand standards Prepare daily / weekly progress reports Track project milestones and address delays proactively

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or related field Strong knowledge of interior materials, execution processes, and site coordination Excellent communication and client-handling skills Ability to read and interpret drawings and BOQs Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Willingness to travel for frequent site visits

Preferred Skills

Experience in residential or commercial interior projects Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Project, AutoCAD (basic understanding) Leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
