Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Project Manager

to lead and manage

interior design projects

, with a strong focus on

data center environments

. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project execution, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end management of complex interior projects in the technology or infrastructure space.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

: Oversee interior design projects from concept to completion with a focus on

data center facilities

. Prepare and manage detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Ensure projects are delivered

on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards

.

Client & Stakeholder Management

: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, vendors, and internal teams. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project goals.

Site Coordination & Supervision

: Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety. Coordinate with contractors, MEP consultants, and vendors to ensure timely execution.

Design & Technical Oversight

: Collaborate with design teams to ensure adherence to data center standards (e.g., airflow, load-bearing structures, cable management, fire suppression). Understand and apply technical requirements for

data centers

, including raised flooring, server racks, cooling systems, and electrical infrastructure.

Documentation & Reporting

: Maintain up-to-date documentation including project reports, drawings, change orders, and meeting minutes. Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field. 4-5 years of experience in project management within

interior design

, with at least

1-2 years in data center projects

. Strong understanding of

data center infrastructure and environmental needs

. Proficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.). Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. PMP or Prince2 certification is a plus.

Preferred Attributes:

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with

industry standards and compliance

(e.g., ISO, ASHRAE, Uptime Institute Tier Standards). Strong vendor and contractor management capabilities.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
