Position Overview



We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic

Project Manager

with a strong background in

interior fit-out and project execution

. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of

managing multiple interior projects simultaneously

(5 to 7 at a time), ensuring that all projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This role requires

excellent leadership, planning, and coordination skills

to manage teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Management



Plan, schedule, and manage

5 to 7 interior fit-out projects simultaneously

. Develop comprehensive project timelines, budgets, and execution strategies. Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects to maximize productivity. Monitor overall project progress and make adjustments to ensure timely completion.

2. Client Coordination



Act as the

primary point of contact

for clients throughout all phases of the project. Understand client objectives, manage expectations, and provide regular project updates. Address client concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure smooth communication.

3. Team & Vendor Management



Lead, guide, and supervise site engineers, contractors, designers, and project teams. Manage vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring timely procurement and material delivery. Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.

4. Quality Control & Compliance



Conduct regular site inspections across all active projects to maintain quality standards. Ensure strict compliance with approved designs, specifications, and safety guidelines. Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively to avoid delays.

5. Budgeting & Cost Control



Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets for multiple concurrent projects. Track expenses, ensure cost-effectiveness, and control overheads. Approve invoices, maintain billing schedules, and manage client payment milestones.

6. Reporting & Documentation



Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports for management and clients. Maintain proper project documentation, including contracts, drawings, approvals, and handover files. Ensure accurate and timely project handovers upon completion.

Key Skills & Competencies



Proven ability to

manage 5 to 7 interior projects simultaneously

. Strong knowledge of

interior fit-out processes, materials, and project execution techniques

. Excellent leadership, decision-making, and people management skills. Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and cost management. Strong negotiation and vendor management capabilities. Proficiency in

MS Office

, AutoCAD, and project management tools (preferred). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications



Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in

Interior Design

,

Civil Engineering

,

Architecture

, or related fields. Minimum

5 years of proven experience

in handling

interior fit-out projects

independently. Prior experience managing

multiple large-scale interior projects

simultaneously is a must.
