Job Description

As a project manager of an interior design/architectural firm, you will be responsible for timely delivery of the project with premium quality of work. You will be the point of contact for the customer and will be responsible for creating a good customer experience throughout the project.

Your roles and responsibilities are as follows:

Understanding the complete design of the house and making sure the execution is done as per 2D/3D provided to you. Identify design discrepancies and foresee execution risks. Validate & review work orders, BOQ's, drawings etc. Prepare detailed project execution schedules and following them. Site inspection by regular site visits and ensuring quality control. Ensuring quality standards and timelines are met. Able to give technical inputs to the site supervisor. Ensuring timely update to be given to the customer. Ensuring no gap is left between Designer & customers. Updating project trackers and sharing weekly progress. Work with internal functions on SOP's, pricing and new initiatives.

Job Requirement:

Management graduate/ Construction management institute. Strong Project management/ architecture background is a must with 3+ years of experience. Have a deep understanding f site execution for residential & Commercial projects. Ability to assess design feasibility, visualise on-site conditions & foresee execution risks. Process-driven project management professionals with quick problem-solving skills. Comfortable skills on Excel/google sheets.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
