Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced and detail-oriented

Project Manager

with

10+ years of hands-on experience

in the

interior design or interior fit-out industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects, leading site teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage complete interior project life cycles--from planning, execution, monitoring to final handover. Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. Prepare and manage project schedules, timelines, workflow charts, and progress documentation. Ensure work is executed strictly as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions. Oversee procurement of materials, vendor negotiations, and ensure timely delivery. Monitor project budgets, manage cost control, and prevent cost overruns. Handle workforce management, contractor supervision, and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Provide clear communication and periodic updates to senior management and clients. Ensure smooth coordination across multiple sites and deliver projects within deadlines.

Requirements:

Mandatory:

Minimum

10+ years of experience

in the

interior fit-out / interior execution

sector. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related fields. Strong knowledge of interior materials, technical drawings, site execution methods, and project workflows. Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneously. Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and project management tools.
