Collaborate with stakeholders to define and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Oversee customizations, integrations, and performance optimization of Duck Creek systems. Provide expert guidance on Duck Creek capabilities, best practices, and industry trends to support strategic decisions. Manage technical risks, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with organizational goals. Lead and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and productivity. Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timely, quality, and budget-compliant delivery. Conduct design and code reviews, ensuring conformance with architectural standards.
