Project Manager - Industrial Construction
Reporting to: Managing Director / CEO
Location: Multi-site at Chakan
Exp : 8 to 10 years in civil industry prefers
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end execution of civil and fabrication projects as per timelines and quality standards.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Estimation & Billing
- Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and rate analysis.
- Manage client billing, subcontractor bills, and certification processes.
- Manpower Management
- Plan and deploy workforce efficiently across sites.
- Monitor productivity, attendance, and ensure safety compliance.
- Material Management
- Coordinate procurement, inventory tracking, and material reconciliation.
- Ensure timely availability of quality materials at all sites.
- Site Supervision & Technical Oversight
- Conduct regular site inspections and enforce technical specifications.
- Resolve on-site issues with strong engineering judgment.
- Client Communication
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
- Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and ensure satisfaction.
- Team Leadership & Coordination
- Lead cross-functional teams with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Reporting & Compliance
- Submit progress reports, cost tracking, and risk assessments to MD/CEO.
- Ensure adherence to statutory norms and internal SOPs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
