A. Project Planning & Scheduling
Develop and maintain
project schedules and execution plans
Break down projects into
phase-wise and discipline-wise activities
Track milestones, dependencies, and critical paths
Monitor progress and highlight deviations in advance
B. Execution Coordination
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, panel vendors, and site teams
Conduct regular internal project review meetings
Ensure timely closure of actions from all stakeholders
Support smooth execution across engineering, FAT, dispatch, and site phases
C. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and circulate:
Weekly and monthly project status reports
MOMs and action trackers
Progress summaries for internal review
Maintain structured project documentation and records
D. Customer Interaction
Act as a
single point of coordination
for customers on project progress
Communicate schedules, deliverables, and execution status
Coordinate FAT, dispatch, installation, commissioning, and SAT activities
Ensure professional and timely customer communication
E. Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Track procurement of long-lead and project-critical items
Coordinate with vendors and internal purchase teams for deliveries
Align material availability with project schedules
F. Risk, Change & Issue Management
Identify execution risks and proactively highlight them
Track changes in scope, schedule, or execution
Maintain logs for risks, issues, and change requests
Escalate concerns appropriately for timely resolution
5-10 years of experience in:
Industrial automation projects
System Integrator or EPC environment
Experience handling:
Multiple projects simultaneously
Cross-functional coordination
Technical Exposure (Execution-Level)
Working knowledge of:
PLC / DCS based automation systems
SCADA / HMI systems
Control panels and field instrumentation
Familiarity with:
FAT, SAT, commissioning, and handover processes
Project Management Skills
Strong planning and scheduling capability
Experience with MS Project / Excel / similar tools
Ability to manage timelines, priorities, and dependencies
Soft Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work with senior engineers and customers
Organized, structured, and execution-focused
Comfortable working in fast-paced project environments
