CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 months
Duties:
Oversee complex client programs, ensuring successful implementation of IT, business, and client-specific solutions.
Build and maintain partnerships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to meet program goals.
Manage contractual costs, schedules, and deliverables while coordinating client and internal resources.
Formulate, develop, implement, and deliver application, technical, and business solutions tailored to client requirements.
Apply Project Management methodologies to ensure program success and manage risks effectively.
Lead high-level negotiations, develop large and complex deals, and represent the organization in executive-level meetings.
Analyze complex business and IT challenges, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.
Utilize project management and cost/invoice tools (e.g., IPPF, Rally, Clarity) to track milestones and contractual obligations.
Skills:
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Data Management to interpret and summarize complex information accurately.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to distill technical details into clear, concise executive summaries.
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in understanding technical nuances without oversimplification.
Interpersonal Skills: Comfortable collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders to gather information and clarify details.
Additional Skills: Prior experience with Truist, familiarity with PMLC, TDLC, and tools including Manta, Ataccama, Alation, Data Lineage, and Data Quality.
Experience:
Proven experience managing large and complex client programs and IT/business solution implementations.
Expertise in Project Management methodologies and emerging technologies relevant to client needs.
Demonstrated success in strategic planning, risk management, and high-level negotiations.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
