Description:
CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager opening for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Duties:
Lead and oversee project teams delivering Cybersecurity Services solutions to clients.
Manage project scope, cost, schedule, and contractual deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
Apply knowledge of Cybersecurity service offerings in planning, tracking, change control, and risk management activities.
Oversee internal reporting and system processes for contract and account financial performance.
Manage all project resources, including subcontractors, partners, and vendors.
Establish and maintain effective communication plans with the project team and client stakeholders.
Provide clear day-to-day direction, leadership, and regular status updates to the client.
Harvest intellectual capital, obtain client references, and provide recommendations to opportunity owners at engagement completion.
Skills:
Strong Project Management skills with proven ability to deliver complex initiatives.
Effective stakeholder collaboration and relationship management.
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.
Technical hands-on experience in one or more Cybersecurity domains, preferably Identity & Access Management and Data Protection.
Nice to Have Skills:
Security Certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
Project Management Certification such as PMP.
Experience:
Demonstrated experience managing Cybersecurity or IT Security-related projects.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams, including third-party resources.
Experience with project financial management, risk mitigation, and performance reporting.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field; or equivalent professional experience.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
