Job description for project manager handling multiple customer projects
Project Management:
Accountable for handling project management activities such as aligning partners, getting survey, deployment done and properly handover to customer in timely manner.
Prepare project plan, scheduling, identifying stakeholders, collaborating with stakeholders to kick start the project.
Coordinate with project team/vendors for each project; Work with the other stakeholders to start up the project (hand-over, escalation processes, templates, etc.)
Collaborating with multifunctional teams to name a few - NOC, SCM, Sales and highlighting and closing the challenges along with them to provide smooth services to end customer Manage change control, escalations and customer expectations throughout the life cycle of the project
Setting up processes for partners to ease smooth communication regarding below:
1. Site/Data Centre access
2. Resource mapping with customer resources in advance for deployment witnessing activities
3. Activities updates process in timely manner Must be able to motivate and inspire people to keep the project moving toward successful completion even in the face of the physical demands of aggressive project schedules and the emotional demands of discouraging developments
Setting up Kick off discussion with internally, technical discussion with customer along with relevant stakeholders, Hurdle calls/meetings, Addressing the last minutes changes done by customer at earliest wherever applicable and accordingly taking approvals and get the things executed to meet the delivery timelines
Ensuring all the planning, NOC, deployment, handover tasks getting done timely
Publishing various reports to provide clear and concise view of overall projects internally and externally.
Skilled in Project Management, MS office - Power Point, Excel, Word,
