The global OneSite property management team manages the leading core property management system in the multifamily property management space and is primarily responsible for helping create, and/or maintain, and grow our multifamily SaaS product offerings and integration capabilities across a complex set of product domains for property, owners, operators and investors. WHAT YOUâLL DO:
As a RealPage Property Management Project Manager III, you will help create, maintain, and grow our multifamily SaaS product offerings and integration capabilities. This position will report to a leader at director level or above. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define project objectives in accordance with client and business needs.
• Define project ROI, business value and success metrics for the feature/capability.
• Define epic-level scope and minimum product viable for market launch.
• Define milestone dates and drive roll out, as needed.
• Create Idea/Epic in TFS, Prioritize Epics 1-N within area of subject-matter expertise and contribute to UI design.
• Create project in project investment tool and/or development tracking tool (TFS).
• Define product strategy and roadmap.
• Understand market needs and competitive position.
• Interact with customers and other stakeholders.
• Review and approve specifications.
• Review and approve training materials and release notes.
• Develop subject-matter expertise for one or more product component areas.
• Conduct customer workshops, demonstrate new and/or enhanced products.
• Research and recommend product pricing as needed.
• Create and/or maintain product profitability, as needed.
• Work across products and lines of business to launch new products and features.
• as project manager to facilitate new product or feature market launch, as needed.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, product support, customer success or SaaS information technology.
• 5-7 years of experience defining and communicating business expectations and project goals.
• Familiarity with various development methodologies including Agile procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to communicate with individuals at all levels is required.

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Undergraduate degree in Business Administration or Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, product support, customer success or SaaS information technology.
• 5-7 years of experience defining and communicating business expectations and project goals.
