Role description

8-10 years of experience in project/program management, PMO, or onboarding/L&D roles supporting tech or digital teams.




Experience in GCC/GBS or tech-forward organizations, working with engineering and product teams.




Hands on with Agile, developer environments, and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Slack, M365 etc.), advance excel, automation etc.




Expertise in documentation management, process mapping, and operational artifact maintenance.




Hands-on skills in building presentations, dashboards, and reports; ability to interpret data for program improvement.




Experience designing or delivering blended onboarding and learning programs is a plus.




Bachelor's degree required; technical + HR/OD/ background preferred (e.g., Engineering/B.Tech + MBA).




Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.




Team player & effective stakeholder engagement




Flexible to support US/India/Manila overlap working hours




Strategic thinking and program design expertise.




Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.




Data-driven approach to program evaluation and improvement.
