CTG is seeking to fill a Project Manager - Hybrid Cloud Manage position for our client.
Location: Remote
Duration: 11 months
Duties:
The Project Manager: Hybrid Cloud Manage will lead and manage cloud application projects, ensuring successful delivery of programs that support and enhance applications hosted across various cloud platforms.
Key responsibilities include:
Own project plans, budgets, schedules, and staffing requirements, coordinating internal, client employees, and 3rd-party vendors for effective resource allocation and project execution.
Plan, track, and manage project delivery using appropriate Agile project management methodologies, iterating and improving frequently.
Collaborate with Scrum Teams, Product Managers, Developers, and BAs to ensure product roadmaps are developed and translated into actionable user stories.
Establish and lead a dynamic planning process, prioritizing work based on team capacity and capability.
Monitor and track the quality of all products/services delivered.
Document, track, and manage project risks and dependencies.
Build positive and productive working relationships with the client and the team.
Skills:
Strong experience as a Scrum Master
Expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools
Proven delivery leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple vendors effectively
Experience:
Proven experience managing cloud-based projects, preferably in hybrid cloud environments
Experience working with Agile/Scrum frameworks, including facilitating ceremonies and managing sprints
Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and budget
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
Project Management or Agile certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP) are preferred
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $50.00 to $120.00/hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained.
