Key Responsibilities

Project Oversight:

Manage and coordinate all phases of HVAC projects, from conception and planning to execution, monitoring progress, and final delivery.

Budget & Cost Control:

Develop and manage project budgets, control costs, track expenses, and ensure projects remain within financial projections.

Scheduling & Logistics:

Create and manage project timelines, coordinate equipment and material procurement, and ensure timely delivery to job sites.

Team Leadership:

Lead, motivate, and manage project teams, including technicians and subcontractors, setting clear performance expectations and providing training.

Client & Stakeholder Relations:

Act as a primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical guidance on HVAC system design, installation, and commissioning, ensuring adherence to specifications and codes.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure all project activities comply with safety regulations, industry best practices, and relevant codes.

Business Development (SBU Focus):

Identify and develop new business opportunities, cultivate client relationships, and contribute to the SBU's revenue growth objectives.

Risk Management: Identify

potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues that arise during project execution.

Reporting & Documentation: Prepare

detailed project reports, milestone tracking, and handover documentation to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of HVAC systems, schematics, and installation processes for Industrial Project/OEM handling.

Project Management Skills: Proficiency

in planning, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.

Leadership & Communication: Excellent

ability to lead teams, manage conflicts, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Business Acumen: A

consultative sales approach, ability to understand customer needs, and drive business growth for the SBU.

Problem-Solving: Strong

analytical and problem-solving skills to address technical and logistical challenges.

Education: A

bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field is beneficial, though extensive HVAC installation experience is often equally valued.

Pay: ?65,000.68 - ?75,000.36 per month
