Job Role
The Project Manager - Civil will be responsible for
end-to-end execution of warehouse construction projects
, ensuring completion within approved cost, quality, and time parameters.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor civil works for warehouse projects.
Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
Ensure compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
Control project timelines, budgets, and material usage.
Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports, billing, and project documentation.
Qualifications & Experience
B.E./B.Tech in
Civil Engineering
.
8-15 years
of experience in civil construction, preferably warehouse/industrial projects.
Salary
CTC: 20-35
, based on experience and suitability.
