Customer-Site Work Ownership:
Manage all aspects of the customer-site work, from planning through execution, ensuring that customer requirements and expectations are met or exceeded.
Serve as the main point of contact for any site-specific issues, providing timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations.
Collaboration with External Contractors and Teams:
Work closely with external contractors, including site validation teams, installers, and other third-party vendors, to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
Oversee and monitor the progress of work done by contractors, ensuring that all work complies with project specifications and deadlines.
Post-Order Customer Experience Ownership:
Manage the post-order process, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure any follow-up actions or issues are resolved promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Project Coordination and Timely Delivery:
Manage the project schedule, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively utilized.
Identify and mitigate any potential project risks or delays, proactively resolving issues that may arise during the course of the project.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure that the project maintains the highest standards of quality throughout all stages, from site prep to installation and final delivery.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with quality control teams to ensure adherence to industry standards and company protocols.
