Profile: Project Manager - Security & Safety Devices Installation

Experience: 5 Years

CTC : 5LPA

Location: Gurugram

A project manager for security and safety devices installation is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects to ensure the timely and within-budget installation of security and safety equipment, like CCTV, access control, and fire alarms, PA System.

Project planning and initiation

: Collaborating with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives, and initiating the project.

Execution and oversight

: Overseeing the daily execution of the various projects, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting issues as they arise to keep the project on track.

Team leadership

: Leading and coordinating team of Site Supervisors/Contractors, which may include engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless execution.

Communication and stakeholder management

: Maintaining clear and consistent communication with End Client, providing status updates on progress to company head office.

Quality assurance

: Ensuring that all installations meet required standards, quality benchmarks, and project deliverables are completed correctly.

Required Skills:

Education:

A Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Fire Safety Engineering is often preferred

Experience:

Relevant hands-on experience in the design, installation, and maintenance of fire safety, firefighting, and electronic security systems (CCTV, access control)

Salary Budget:

3.5Lac~5Lac PA + Travel Expenses as per actuals Note: Candidate with own vehicle for commutation will be preferred.

Pay: ?500,000.00 per year
