Project Manager / Site Engineer - HVAC

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee installation and commissioning of HVAC and VRF systems at project sites. Ensure all work complies with project specifications, safety standards, and building codes. Coordinate with architects, consultants, engineers, and contractors for smooth project execution. Inspect ongoing installations to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HVAC and VRF systems. Manage site materials, tools, and equipment effectively. Supervise technicians, vendors, and subcontractors on site. Maintain detailed site reports, progress documentation, and records. Ensure projects are completed within timelines and approved budgets.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering / HVAC. Minimum 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation and site supervision (VRF experience is mandatory). Strong knowledge of HVAC design, VRF systems, and relevant building codes. Good leadership, coordination, and team management skills. Strong project management and problem-solving abilities. Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving license. Willingness to travel for project/site work.
