Roles & Responsibilities:

u Maintain professional and productive relationships with clients

u Manage client relations and resolve issues as quickly as possible

u Coordinating with the clients on all the changes in scope, questions or clarifications regarding the work, during the bidding process

u Should have experience working on technical projects and coordinating with the Development team

u Handling SEO and Google Ad Word services

u Responsible for preparing the monthly business plans

u Involved in the competitor's Analysis and information gathering concerning the latest trend in Technology

u Responsible for online marketing strategy through off-page optimization

Required Skills and Experience:

u Client handling and relationship management

u Project management and liaison between Backend SEM teams & web development units

u Interpreting business needs of customers and helping in active online marketing campaign setup

u Monitoring key metrics and ensure business data & reporting needs are met.

u Thorough understanding of SEM- Google Adwords, SEO, Google Analytics, Google webmasters, Email Marketing, Social Media Marketing

u

2-3 years of relevant experience in managing client relationships and project management

u Foster and grow existing client relationships / explore cross-selling opportunities

u Good understanding of digital marketing channels and analytics

u Excellent written and verbal English communication

u Team management skills

u Serve as a day-to-day point of client contact, Reports and conduct client meetings

u Understanding client goals/objectives and their entire digital marketing needs including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), SEO, Google Adwords, Social Media.

u Work jointly with the internal team to drive campaign strategy & development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹680,000.00 - ₹750,000.00 per year
